I've never used kinesiology tape before, so I was worried it would be difficult to put on. The pre-cut pieces made it incredibly simple. Definitely recommend it!

It irritated my skin and I don't have sensitive skin. I didn't use them again.

These tapes seem to work, but they could adhere more securely to the skin. Perhaps because they were very poorly packaged, they arrived crumpled, but thank you for getting them here at all.

The tape helped me, but after a maximum of 3 days, irritation on the skin begins; I advise not to wear the tape for long... something like that.

They won't stretch, soft glue, I'm not sure if it's very useful.
